In understanding what we are about,
it might be easier to tell you what you won't find here...

-Any high pressure sales...quite honestly, we don't know how to do that.

-Bad coffee or cheap wine

-Kids managed by kids, who think they know it all but really don't.  Instead, our staff is knowledgeable and committed to what is in your best interest.  Our owners, Matt & Heidi are usually on site as well.

-Commission Sales.  We don't work on commission.  Instead, we work for you.  If it isn't in your interest, it's not in ours.

-Intimidating players swarming all around like sharks in a fish bowl.

-Guitars sold without a case.  We don't like naked guitars. Most guitars are sold and priced with a protective case.

-Over-inflated prices that force you to negotiate like a tourist in a flea market.  We don't play that game.   Instead, our prices are fixed and are as competitive as any other source you would find on the internet.

-Snobby service and snobby prices.  Good service does not equate with high prices.

-Distracting noisy sounds which prevent you from hearing the guitars that you came to see.

-Undisclosed blemishes.  Every instrument is meticulously inspected when it enters our store.  If a "uniqueness" or "birthmark" is aesthetically questionable, it is disclosed and a lower price is offered.  Instruments that have questionable construction or durability are never shown or sold here.

-A guitar or accessory that we can't stand behind 100%.  If we don't love em, we don't sell em!
